Although I have had a long career in the Foodservice Industry over the past 30 years, I still have my text books from Durham College and still refer to some of the initial learnings from the various Business Administration Classes. From Psychology to Marketing and even Logistics, the sum of all the classes and experience combined contributed to the foundation that I built my career upon.
