Introduction to The Law and Legal Systems Of Canada

Students will examine the legal system in Canada, the structure of the Canadian government and political system, and the development of civil and common law systems, including property law, business law and consumer law. Students explore the Constitution, Charter and the organization of the Canadian court system.
