Field Placement 3 and Seminar

This course consists of 245 hours of field placement. In this placement, students continue to apply their knowledge and skills working with children and families in a mentored environment. Students are placed in a variety of settings in the community and may also be placed in alternative programs. The format of the course is a 7-week block. Students will attend their placement settings from Monday to Friday for the length of the module. This format allows the student to experience the day-to-day rewards and challenges of the workplace.
