Intro to Project Management

All great projects begin with a great manager. This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of Project Management. Students explore strategies and skills required to build and manage projects using project management software. Students create and manage tasks, designate calendars, assign work and material resources, and develop reports and custom views to communicate project information.
