Advanced Abnormal Psychology

This course advances the knowledge about specific mood, psychotic, substance induced, and common disorders encountered in the field of community mental health. Students explore current research in psychopathology, contemporary treatment approaches, and develop familiarity with the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
