DNA Techniques

Students explore concepts and methods of molecular biology. An emphasis is placed on standard methods used to purify, analyze, and manipulate DNA. In the laboratory students purify, analyze, and manipulate DNA, and interpret their results. Students also evaluate methods used in molecular biology.
