Entrepreneurship

The Entrepreneurship course focuses on students learning the building blocks of entrepreneurship and finance. Students spend the semester being mentored through the creation of a personal entrepreneurial plan for a realistic music business-related venture that they could either do full time or part time on the side of an alternate day job. Depending on the students' objectives, they will develop a concrete plan either for a) creating a job for themselves in the music business, or b) engaging in a short-term, music-business related activity that will help increase their chances of gaining employment.
