Fire Inspector 2

Students apply the Ontario Fire Code and NFPA 1031 to investigate fire code violations and determine an appropriate course of action. Students learn how to enforce codes in new and existing structures, construction sites, classify mixed use occupancies, recommend policies, calculate occupant load and review plans for the installation of fire protection systems. Students will have to opportunity to obtain a NFPA 1031 Level 2, Fire Inspector designation.
