Students explore the physiological processes and current intervention strategies for a variety of common conditions and injuries that impact the neurological system within the framework of the World Health Organization's (WHO) ICF Model. The impact these conditions have on functional performance across the lifespan and the role of the therapy assistant as part of an interdisciplinary team is emphasized.
