This course provides further study in American Sign Language, its vocabulary, classifiers, grammar, syntax, role shift perspectives, and non-manual aspects as well as cultural features and narratives. Students will have the opportunity to share personal experiences about an incident, life-impacting and personal experiences and be introduced to money-related signs. This course provides development and practice of conversational skills in expressive and receptive areas of ASL.
This course is delivered in-person at the Durham College Oshawa Campus.
