  Constanza is an environmental specialist with a passion for sustainability and innovative practices in construction. Beyond the work site, Constanza is the driving force behind her social media platforms that focus on equity and inclusion in blue-collar and STEM careers!

  Constanza is also the co-founder of Women on Site, an organization dedicated to retaining a diverse workforce by creating community, connecting, and celebrating women and gender diverse people in construction, manufacturing, and building sciences.

  Imagine a home where you ride an elevator up to your bedroom or a house where you play a game of pick up on your very own indoor basketball court. An incredible team of skilled tradespeople make those dreams happen for homeowners and Paige Heron is proud to stand among them. As an enthusiastic, up-and-coming framing carpenter, Paige has been busy growing and giving her all as a crew member for some of Canada’s top luxury homebuilders; renovators and cabinetmakers. Hand-picked to work on several of the most sought-after framing crews in the industry, Paige thrives on being part of a talented construction team who bring spectacular home design to life. 

  Crafting a non-traditional path for herself as a female college graduate in both Firefighting and Carpentry, Paige has earned recognition along the way such as, the Women in STEM Achievement Award through Fanshawe College; Scott Firefit Championship, Canadian Nationals Silver Medalist; and Fire Combat Challenge, World Championships Bronze Medalist.

  As a young woman building her career over the last 10 years, Paige is passionate about sharing her personal stories and insights to encourage other young women and girls to actively embrace a mindset of growth. She believes the skilled trades present an exciting opportunity for professional success, where young women can grow their abilities by “getting comfortable being uncomfortable” and use the power of both setbacks and successes. Helping to spread enthusiasm and know-how through mentoring young women in pre-apprenticeship programs, Paige is also gaining visibility for women in the trades through the expanding popularity of @carpenterpaigey. Eager to offer her voice, Paige has been most recently featured in HGTV alumni Kate Campbell’s Inspiring Inclusion social media series, where she continues to help elevate the construction industry and inspire young women.
